If singing in front of people makes your heart race… you’re not alone.

For a lot of us, singing feels incredibly vulnerable. Our voice is personal, and being heard can trigger a real fear of judgment.

So if you’ve ever held back, gone quiet, or only sung when no one else was around — that’s a very human response.

The good news is that confidence with your voice can grow. Like anything else, it comes with safety, practice, and learning to trust yourself a little more each time.
